This place is conveniently located across from our Marriott Courtyard hotel. It has a charming environment, somewhat reminiscent of Snooze but with a more updated feel. The vibrant yellow colors, fun furniture, and happy decor made it a delightful spot. I was particularly pleased with their gluten-free pancake options. I tried the chocolate chip pancakes, and my latte came in an adorable mug, which was a nice touch. Although the service was a bit slow, the wait was definitely worth it. Everything tasted fantastic. I also ordered a skillet, and as someone who is gluten-free, I was thrilled with the variety of options available. This place made my little vacation much more enjoyable. I would love to return and hope they open more locations closer to my hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Our waiter was very kind, and I look forward to visiting again.

Hatch !! Beautiful and nice and yellow decor !! Hatch is a new breakfast place that open just about a year ago in Fort Lauderdale area. The location is close to the beach. And had free parking in the garage. Let's move on to the food! Hatch is a breakfast spot where we decided to eat from exiting our cruise. We had the Pancake flight (w/chose of 3 pancakes) two eggs and omelet as shown in picture. The scrambled eggs were cooked a bit too much but were still very good. Bacon was my top item it was amazing !! Service was also nice for a new place. Out waitress was so nice and welcoming. Will is return? Yes I will. I would bring my kids next time

I went to Hatch during a bachelorette party in FLL. The staff gave us matching yellow sunglasses for the occasion. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They have gluten free options as well. The parking can be a little confusing but there is parking available in the parking garage behind. Don't park in the lot next to North Italia or they will tow you. The garage is completely free for Hatch customers!

This restaurant was right next to our hotel and it was the perfect breakfast spot. We came here first on a week day and on the weekend it was very packed. They have an enticing menu with delicious options. I had the hard time choosing what to get. I wanted pancakes and a Benedict. Luckily I was with friends who wanted the same so we decided to split the pancake flight and try different pancakes. Everything was delicious and the vibe and music of the restaurant is great.

I returned to HATCH for the 4th time back in June this year. It was the only place I wanted to have brunch after a little procedure I had. I was greeted by Joseph, a new guy, who was very friendly. He seated me immediately. You can guess why I knew he was new. That's because I wasn't a stranger. Jessica, the manager, who wears these lovely silver fork and spoon earrings, had my favorite table ready and Joseph was happy to escort me there. I was smart enough to call ahead of course . In an "egg shell," Hatch treats me like family. With a wonderful bright yellow breakfast and lunch decor, you can expect to be seated comfortably, short wait times, an exciting menu, and my favorite part...the best French toast...EVER! Back in March, I took my business partners from SPAIN to Hatch. They were quite happy with the selection and echoed similar sentiments about the service, environment, and food. I must also mention...my first visit was in September 2023 where I met Joe, one of the managers. Joe was serving, cleaning tables, seating guests and was well involved. He was well informed in the restaurant's history as well. Love that. Hmm so would I recommend HATCH ? Thats a resounding yes! It's a must attend. They are family friendly and welcoming. You will love it! I did! Thank you HATCH!

First time here. Really liked the modern vibe. Nice people. We enjoyed our chat with Jessica, the manager. Our server, Joseph, was excellent. We had the cinnamon roll pancake and classic breakfast. Everything was hot and delicious. Will definitely return.

Hey, I recently went to T.T. and asked for some breakfast recommendations nearby. Guess what? We stumbled upon HATCH and, man, let me tell you, the vibe and decor were on point! The wait wasn't too bad, just around 30 minutes. Once we were seated, Jaime, our server, greeted us with a smile. Can I just say, Jaime's service was outstanding! If you ever find yourself there, make sure to ask for Jaime. They described our meal in such detail that I could almost taste it before it even arrived. Talk about amazing service! Now, let's talk about the food. My wife went for the Tacos , and they were absolutely on fire! The combination of flavors was like nothing we've ever had before. And as for my monstrous burrito? Goodness gracious, I'm a big guy, but I couldn't even finish it. It was that good! I'm planning to head straight home for a nap after this breakfast feast. All in all, I highly recommend this place and specifically having Jaime as your server. Trust me, you won't regret it. Let's do this!!!!

The greeter was very welcoming and my server was so helpful. Wonderful atmosphere. The food was great, definitely coming back again.
